Users must upload only customer data they are authorized to use. Uploading unlawful, stolen, misleading, or unauthorized customer data is strictly prohibited.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• The content of messages they send or schedule
• Obtaining customer consent for outreach
• Legal compliance in their country and region
• WhatsApp, email, and other communication platform rules
• Accuracy of uploaded customer data
• Manual tracking updates recorded inside RetainIQ

Platform scope

RetainIQ provides tools for customer segmentation, AI message generation, campaign planning, WhatsApp follow-up, tracking, and analytics. We do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, replies, or business outcomes.

Account suspension

RetainIQ may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized data upload, illegal communication, or violation of third-party platform rules.

Plans and billing

Subscription access, pricing, limits, renewals, and feature availability may vary based on the selected plan.
