• Business profile details (company name, role, team size)
• Website and business information you share with us
• Uploaded customer contacts (names, emails, WhatsApp numbers, purchase and engagement data)
• Customer segmentation data generated from your uploads
• Campaign messages and AI-generated messages
• Manual WhatsApp tracking status you record inside RetainIQ
• Campaign analytics, replies, interest, and conversion data you input or import
• Payment status, plan, and usage information
• Admin-managed access data (roles, permissions, access duration)

How we use your data

User data is used only to provide RetainIQ features such as customer upload, segmentation, AI campaign generation, WhatsApp follow-up, campaign tracking, analytics, and account management.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share uploaded customer databases for third-party advertising or resale.

Your controls

You can upload, edit, and delete uploaded customer data from your own RetainIQ account at any time. Admin users may access limited account-level summaries for support, billing, usage monitoring, and platform management.

Payments and third parties

Payment information is processed by external payment providers. RetainIQ does not store card details. We may use secure third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, and payment redirection.
