Data Security

RetainIQ by RetentionScale is built so your customer data stays inside your account and is used only to provide the platform features.

• Users can delete uploaded customer data from their account at any time.
• Each user can access only their own customer data, campaigns, segments, and analytics.
• Normal users cannot access the admin dashboard or another user's account information.
• Admin dashboard, revenue analytics, and user management are restricted to platform administrators only.
• Admin API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, WhatsApp, and similar) are hidden from users and stored securely on the server.
• Payment card details are not stored inside RetainIQ. All payments are processed by external secure payment providers.
• Uploaded data is used only for segmentation, AI campaign creation, WhatsApp follow-up, tracking, and analytics.
• Manual WhatsApp delivery cannot automatically track read or delivery status unless the official WhatsApp Business API is connected to your account.

We recommend users upload only data they are authorized to use and follow applicable privacy, consent, and communication laws.
